Book Illustration

In Fall of 2025, I created illustrations for Maryjane Esteves’ children’s book, Joe the Crow. The book tells the true story of the author’s family adopting a troublemaking crow and the many antics that followed.

The illustrations were done digitally, but made in a painterly style to maintain texture and visual character. 18 illustrations were made for the book, each showcasing the development of the characters over time as they have little adventures with Joe the Crow.
